Refreshed brick cutting unit for our cutters.

​Christmas shut down has been very productive at Fab-Lite this year. We have taken the opportunity to knock down the old original cutting shed and replace it with a new modern lighter, bigger, warmer facility.

Our site has a long history of wool and textile production from the early 20th century but the last 40 years of brick cutting in the unit had definitely taken its toll on the old building.

Our new facility is up and running this week and it's great to see production recommence following the hard work put in by all to ensure the minimum about of disruption to the key element of a brick fabrication Company.

If it lasts as long and produces as many cut bricks as the old unit, we will be very happy!
