The Fab-Lite chimney range now includes both brick slip and GRP render-effect finish chimneys in response to demand. We have developed a standard range of products but the manufacturing methods we use allow us flexibility to give our clients a size and design that they want rather than what we have moulds or designs for. This flexibility in design includes the ability to vary the position of the stack, the corbel detailing, and the pot and cap finish along with dimensional variations in height, width, and depth. We are also able to accommodate non standard positions on the roof where for example the chimney may sit at an intersection of ridges running in at different heights. By careful design and communication with site, we can amend our sub frame assembly to ensure these bespoke variations can be included, without the considerable expense of creating new moulds.

We offer a range of sub frame designs, fixing and lifting methods depending on the design of the chimney and can accommodate large steel sub framed stacks over 3 meters high and offer a full comprehensive CAD service for all our products.

We're delighted to confirm that the Fab-Lite Chimney and Brick Cladding Panel systems have passed a series of rigorous tests including wind resistance, lifting, accelerated weathering, bond strength and soak tests. The series of tests have been carried out over a  6-month period by CERAM and are approved by both the GCMA and NHBC. The NHBC have stated their intention is that only chimneys with this accreditation will receive their cover. As such developers and housebuilders will require this test data to satisfy NHBC requirements. Call us if you require a copy of the results / data.
